Stages of work on a design project
We have described each stage, for you to fully understand the design project scope
Stage 1
Space planning and styling solutions
1. Consultation, drawing up a technical task for the design;
2. Rooms measurements with on-site visit, photo-fixation, study of the site;
3. Measurement plan with a reference to the existing utilities;
4. Planning solution with the furniture and equipment arrangement (2-3 options);
5. Discussions, adjustments;
6. Coordination of the chosen planning option with the customer;
7. Analysis of room's stylistic solution (selection of possible variants of finishing and interior items);
8. Coordination of the future interior concept with the customer.

1. Layout for the dismantling of existing partitions.
2. Layout for the installation of partitions and structures with markings of doorways and window openings.
3. Flooring layout with indicating the types of flooring and marking floor level.
4. Plinth installing layout.
5. Door entry layout.
6. List of doorways and panels.
7. Ceiling layout indicating the types of materials to be used.
8. The ceiling moldings installation layout.
9. A layout for the arrangement of lighting units, and lighting outlets linking.
10. A layout for switches linking, indicating the light groups switching on.
11. A layout for the arrangement of outlet groups, low-voltage systems and electrical outlets. Dimensions and heights.

Stage 4
Complete Set
1. Personal approximate calculation of the cost for the room filling. This calculation includes all furniture, equipment and finishing materials (heating, plumbing, lighting, electrical fittings, appliances, wallpaper, tiles, paint, decorative plaster, flooring, etc.).
2. Searching for suppliers and contractors who sell, supply or produce the items specified in the design project.
3. Sending inquiries to the above-mentioned persons to obtain no more than 2 quotations, with information about the cost and delivery dates of the components.
4. Accompanying you in trips to select items. Visits to the showrooms of finishing materials, furniture, lighting suppliers, etc. (up to 10 trips).
Stage 5
Decoration
Room decoration. Selection of accessories, pictures, dishes, textiles (carpets, curtains).

Upon completion of the design project we will give you an estimate for construction work. The cost starts at 320 euro/m2. The exact amount is calculated individually, according to the drawn set of engineering documentation. To let you evaluate the quality of construction work, we are ready to organize trips to the objects under construction.

Author's supervision
There are 2 specialists participating in author's supervision: an architect and a designer

Control
  • control over the implementation of the Design Project by the Customer's construction team, in the course of which the Executor checks the compliance of the implementation results with the Design Project documentation;

Drawing work
  • Making adjustments and changes to working drawings and sketches that may be necessary during the implementation.
Author's supervision can be conducted in two ways:
In-person:
Visiting the site 3-5 times a month

The service cost: 30 euro/m2 a month
Remotely:
With using digital correspondence including one in messengers on the basis of a photo report from the site
The service cost: 80 euro/hour
The minimum cost of the service - 750 euro/month.
*The cost is given for the area up to 150 m2.
For areas over 150 m2, we provide individual conditions.

Project Implementation Management
Three specialists are involved in the process of project implementation: an architect, a designer, and a project implementation manager

Author's suprevision
  • Author supervision, i.e. control over the implementation of the Design Project by invited third parties, in the course of which the implementation results of the Design Project documentation are checked for compliance to the extent agreed upon the contract.

Interaction with the management company
  • Interaction with the management company, on whose territory the site is located, in order to comply with all legal procedures.

Work schedule preparation
  • Preparing a work schedule for the Design Project implementation in order to timely engage specialized contractors and avoid downtime in the Design Project implementation.

Recruitment of a construction company
  • Searching for contractors to implement the Design Project, including a construction crew, carpenters and other people necessary to implement the Design Project. Sending inquiries to these people to obtain at least two (2) quotations containing information about the cost and terms of work (where possible). Further interaction is carried out with the persons selected by the Customer on the basis of such quotations. Signing contracts with the specified persons on behalf of a customer

Recruitment of an engineering company
  • Searching for service providers or persons performing work necessary to create the Design Project (including ones upon request of the Project Designer), including specialists in engineering communications to design projects (heating, water supply, sewerage, electrical, supply and exhaust ventilation or other ventilation and climate equipment, other engineering projects and/or design calculations provided under the Design Project) and design engineers. Signing contracts with specified persons on behalf of a customer.

Recruitment of technical supervision
  • Search for specialists to carry out technical supervision. Signing contracts with these persons on behalf of a customer.

Selection of a company for the redesign coordination
  • Searching for service providers for preliminary (for the Design Project creation) and final (for the implementation of the created Design Project) coordination in the relevant authorities of the planning concept and obtaining the necessary permits, including for the implementation of the Design Project. Signing a contract with a specified person on behalf of the Customer.

Coordination of all implementation parties
  • coordination of all the contractors' work involved in the design project implementation.
  • Organization of running, blowdown and testing of all engineering systems.

Furniture, equipment and finishing materials acceptance
  • arrangement of acceptance at the Site or at the relevant warehouse of the components provided for by the Design Project, including checking their integrity, quantity, compliance with the bills of lading upon delivery.

Warehouse arrangement
  • Arrangement of safe storage of the components stipulated in the Design Project, as well as other items that need to be stored for the period of the Design Project implementation.

Recruitment of a law firm
  • Arranging legal support for the Design Project implementation, conclusion of an appropriate contract for legal analysis of the transactions proposed for signing, preparation and forwarding of claims, if necessary, representation of the Principal in court in case of non-performance or improper performance by third parties of their obligations to the Principal. If no advance payment is made, the Retainer shall not be executed.

Recruitment of an insurance company
  • Arranging insurance of the components provided under the Design Project for the duration of the Design Project implementation.

Finishing touches
  • Arranging final cleaning of the site after the Design Project has been implemented.
Project management - 60 euro/m2 for 4 months and then "monthly"
The minimum cost of the service - 1500 euro/month.
